Our Trainers

At Totalee our trainers are not there simply to count reps, sets or stand next to you while you are doing cardio. It’s personal you’re not just another number you are special, and our one on one is solely devoted to you and your programme. Our trainers will motivate, educate and empower you to achieve the lifestyle and goals you set.

All our programmes are individualised in exercise and nutrition and tailored to fit your lifestyle. The Totalee systemised programmes allows our trainers to mould the personal training to you. They are designed to get results in the shortest time possible.

At Totalee we believe that just because you have a certificate saying you are legally qualified trainer does not necessary equip you with the skills and knowledge to service a diverse range of clients. The Totalee re-training process (Train the Trainer), through on going workshops and seminars, utilises all the combined experience and knowledge of 40 years worth of exposure to diversity of clients.
